***If you would like to return an item to Longevity Warehouse, please contact us first!***

  1. Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund.
  2. Eligible return items must be received by our Warehouse within 45 days of purchase.
  3. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.
  4. Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued.
  5. Please follow exact directions provided by Customer Support in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.
  6. A return processing fee will be deducted from refunds on eligible product returns.

**PLEASE NOTE: Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in transit and may not be received by us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.**

With respect to items sold on on this site, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order and can only offer products for sale that are in stock. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold on this site is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
