Shipping Policy

Please note that all packing agents at our Warehouse are using latex gloves and packing stations are being sanitized regularly. Only Warehouse employees are allowed in the Warehouse.

The Warehouse is closed on weekends and on each of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Additions/Deletions Within Orders


We do our best to maintain our "in stock" status on all items. In the event an item goes on backorder after you have placed your order, we will remove the out of stock item(s), refund your credit card/PayPal account, and ship the remaining items to you. An email will be sent out to notify you of the status of your order.

Shipping Address

**The customer is responsible for providing the full shipment details. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct and complete before submitting your order**

The Longevity Warehouse® is not responsible for delayed or returned shipments as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages.
If you have unintentionally entered in incorrect information please immediately contact Customer Support. We cannot guarantee that the information will be able to be updated before your package ships out, although we will do our best to make the changes in the system.
If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, and the package is lost, we are not responsible for shipping a new package to you.
If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, but the package is eventually returned to our warehouse by the shipping provider, it is your responsibility to pay for the reshipment costs on the package or else we can refund the cost of the products in the order minus a processing fee. Please note you are also responsible for any return postage fees.
Please do not enter both a street address and a PO box number, as this will delay the shipping of your package. If you enter a street address and a PO box number, we will ship to the PO box.

**PLEASE NOTE: Support emails will not be answered on weekends. We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible once we receive your request for support.**

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Delivery time quotes begin from when the package leaves the warehouse after processing is completed.

Missing Packages

Chocolate Shipping Policy

Longevity Warehouse recommends adding an ice pack for every TWO 4 oz bags of Chocolate Covered Products/Chocolate Chips/Paste/Butter, every THREE chocolate bars, and every TWO 1lb bags of Cacao Paste that you purchase. Please add 4 ice packs for each Cocouverture 1kg bar. Please add 6 ice packs for each 10lb bag of bulk Cacao Paste or Butter and each 6.6lb bag of Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Covered Products.

Domestic Chocolate Deliveries

We guarantee non-melted chocolate delivery within the 48 continental United States when the following two conditions are met. We cannot guarantee chocolate delivery outside of the 48 continental United States because of the extended transport times.

1. Next Day delivery (Mandatory for Thursday and Friday orders) or 2nd Day delivery (Acceptable for Monday - Wednesday orders) is selected as a shipping method.

2. An ice pack is purchased and included with your order. Add ice packs to your order HERE.

~ If these conditions are met, and your chocolate arrives in a melted state, we will replace the chocolate free of charge one time or you may have a refund on the item.

~ If the chocolate arrives to you a second time in a melted state, then a third attempt will not be made and an automatic refund will be issued.

**Please note: If the above listed two conditions are not met, then we are not liable to replace the chocolate if it arrives in a melted state.**

International Chocolate Deliveries

We cannot guarantee chocolate delivery internationally because of the extended transport times and possible Customs delays. However, we highly recommend selecting the fastest possible delivery option, USPS Express International.

**Please note: We are not liable to replace chocolate if it arrives in a melted state on ANY international orders.**

Q: Can I Eat Melted Or Bloomed Chocolate?

A: Yes! Melted or bloomed chocolate is perfectly healthy and delicious to eat. Simply put your chocolate in the refrigerator or freezer to let it solidify, and then enjoy!

Longevity Warehouse reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, without notice.

With respect to items sold on this site, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order and can only offer products for sale that are in stock. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold on this site is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
