Couverture is used as baking chocolate in recipes or simply as decadent eating chocolate. Our couverture is made from 100% Organic, Raw, Ecuadorian, Wild Harvested, Arriba Cacao Paste sweetened with Organic, Ecuadorian, small Artisan produced coconut sugar. Our Couverture contains 73% stone-ground cacao paste and 27% coconut sugar.
These large one kilogram bars are easily divided and chopped into pieces to melt down and pour into chocolate molds. The melted chocolate can be added to recipes or simply eaten as is. There is not a higher quality Cacao used in Couverture!
