Food for the Immortals® Organic Longevity Coffee® Beans
Longevity Coffee® Beans are grown on volcanic, mineral-rich soil, fed with pure spring water, and nurtured in clean, high-altitude air. From growth to cultivation, from roasting to packing, Food for the Immortals® uses their own people for the entire process.
Longevity Coffee® Beans boast a pH of 7.2. This is incredibly unique, since all other commercial coffees on the market range between 4.0-6.0. Longevity Coffee® beans have an ORAC score twice that of goji berries and four times that of wild blueberries. These beans are tested free of all known mycotoxins and fungus by-products.
Organic Raw Arriba Nacional Jungle Grown Cacao (Paste, Butter)
Food for the Immmortals® 100% Arriba Criollo Jungle Grown Cacao Paste is derived from pure heirloom Criollo Ecuador Arriba Nacional Cacao beans. The wild cacao is grown in high-elevation volcanic soil on heirloom Tue Arriba Cacao trees at least 30 years old (some have been growing for more than 80 years). The wild raw cacao is processed in our own state-of-the-art facility on custom artisan equipment that has never seen any other cacao but our own, so there is no possible integration with lesser quality cacao. We have eliminated all possible risks of cross-contamination with CCN51 or other low-quality hybrids that are pervasive in the area.
Raw heirloom cacao pods are hand selected and never acquired from aggregators. The wild heirloom beans are harvested only when they are fully mature and ripe. The jungle grown cacao beans are always sun-dried and are never gas dried. The cacao remains 100% raw from start to finish. Our jungle grown cacao beans are completely free of mycotoxins, mold, yeast, and fungus, which are what cause the adrenal response of jitteriness associated with other cacao products. The purity of these beans also results in a deep, intense, raw chocolate flavor. They are also high in magnesium and antioxidants and rich in chromium, anandamide, theobromine, manganese, zinc, copper, PEA, tryptophan, serotonin, and more!*
Organic Raw Sun Dried Cane Juice Crystals
These sun dried cane juice crystals are made from 100% certified organic sugar cane grown in Ecuador in highly mineralized volcanic soil. The canes are fresh pressed, sun dried, and then put through a cooling process to crystalize the juice. It is a "first crystallization" sugar which means the cane is harvested, the juice is extracted, all impurities are removed, and then it is crystallized. This is all done within twenty-four hours of the harvest. Because it is far less processed than traditional white sugar, it retains a natural blonde color, a delicious natural taste, and most of its nutrients.
Organic Raw Ground Vanilla Bean Powder
This pure organic raw ground vanilla powder is a very fragrant product which contains over 290 compounds which add depth and richness to its flavor. From growing location, to curing procedures, to vanillin content, each cured vanilla bean (or "pod") is graded on a long list of indicators that help to separate quality vanilla products from inferior ones.
